Before working with me, the founder of Black Girl Buying was constantly overwhelmed by the demands of running an organization with such an ambitious mission. With competing priorities and a lack of clear structure, she struggled to identify what needed her attention at any given moment. The system created dedicated spaces for business operations, strategic planning, content scheduling, financial tracking, and community engagement, while also incorporating tools for personal organization, self-care, and goal-setting. With this centralized digital hub, she gained a clear structure that allowed her to seamlessly navigate between personal and professional responsibilities without feeling constantly overwhelmed. By implementing automated workflows, prioritization tools, and streamlined tracking mechanisms, she was able to reclaim her focus and align her daily actions with the bigger vision for Black Girl Buying.
